Black nuts sweet and sour, 175g

As the name suggests, the syrup is made with caramelized sugar, balsamic vinegar and various spices. After boiling the syrup several times, the nuts are poured over it, left to soak for two days and then cooked in the syrup.
To achieve the ideal firmness and unique sweet and sour taste, the nuts should be left to mature in the jar for at least a few months.
Cut into thin slices, the sweet and sour black walnuts are the perfect all-round accompaniment to game, beef, beef tartare, cheese, salads, pâtés and cold dishes.
