Walnut tapenade, 90g

This fine and very rare nut specialty is made from fresh, juicy green nuts. The hand-picked green walnuts are harvested between the beginning and middle of June and then spend a few days in a brine bath. After drying, they are boiled down with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic and various spices to make a spicy paste.

The walnut tapenade is particularly suitable as a topping for bruschetta, with pasta, with grilled meat, but also with cheese, mozzarella, burrata etc!
