Grüner Veltliner “1598” BIO 2019

Needs some time and air in the glass to unfold its multi-layered aroma, then yellow fruit aromas, spicy “brown” minerality and some meadow herbs emerge from the glass. Yellow fruit aromas again on the palate, very juicy and full-bodied, creamy texture from the long maturation on the fine lees, earthy-mineral, delicately spicy, very well structured and balanced, with an animating fruit-acid play, long finish. Has the potential to mature in the bottle for a few more years.
