Both fresh leaves, which are constantly harvested from our farm garden, and dried lemon verbena leaves from our farm garden are processed together with our natural apple cider vinegar. The lemon verbena adds a distinct, lemony flavor component to the vinegar without increasing the acidity. This vinegar is also produced using vegan processing methods.
This vinegar belongs to our group of herbal vinegars.
