Deer pear vinegar

Characteristic taste of the East Styrian stag pear. Strong, a little pear-like, with a slightly nutty finish. Produced using vegan processing methods. Since spring 2015, Pöllauer Hirschbirne (from the Pöllau and Freistritz valleys in Eastern Styria) has held PDO geographical origin protection.
This vinegar belongs to our group of pure fruit vinegars.

Reduced with honey, it tastes excellent with vanilla pudding or as a fruit mirror over a curd cheese strudel. Spicy and a delight with potato and tomato salad.
