Product information
The walnuts from the walnut trees behind our vinegar factory are shared fraternally with the numerous squirrels in the fall. Our share of the walnut kernels is then extracted by hand with the help of the whole family during the winter months, dried and then refined into our apple-walnut vinegar. This vinegar is produced using vegan processing methods.
This vinegar belongs to our group of whole-fruit vinegars.
