Tomato vinegar – spicy variant

This interesting condiment vinegar is produced in cooperation with the vegetable producer Trummer and the Gailtal vegetable farmer from Hermagor and our own tomatoes. These tomatoes are grown outdoors in Eggersdorf near Graz and Hermagor, as well as on our farm. More than 10 different varieties provide the wide range of aromatic flavors that are important for our tomato vinegar. These include, for example, the sweet and fully ripe cocktail tomatoes.

This spicy version is enhanced by the flavor of Pomodori Secchi.
